Hello Michelle. Apologies for not getting back to you sooner I’m just getting used to running this forum. Regarding accessible beach access. Are you inquiring in the lower mainland of British Columbia Vancouver? Because if you are I have, good news. Just recently the city parks and recreation department bought 4 beach wheelchairs.  I believe they’re are two at kits Beach and two over at second beach in Stanley Park. In addition to that, there is discussion of construction of a wheelchair access ramp into the water currently being discussed. More on that soon. Check with the city of Vancouver 311 information line as to where those wheelchairs are located right now.
